¿Cómo procesar CSV con más de 100k líneas en PHP?

Algo como esto (tenga en cuenta que esto no se ha probado al 100 % y, por encima de mi cabeza, es posible que necesite algunos ajustes para que realmente funcione :))

No hay necesidad de hacer su selección inicial ya que solo está configurando los datos de su producto en 1 de todos modos en su código y se ve en su descripción que las identificaciones de su producto siempre son correctas, es solo su columna fielddef que tiene el mapa.

Además, solo para vivir, no olvide poner su comando de ejecución mysqli real en su $updatesql;

Para darle una comparación con el código de uso real (¡puedo compararlo!) Este es un código que uso para un importador de un archivo cargado (no es perfecto pero hace su trabajo)
