Consulta PIVOT en registros distintos

Si agrega un ROW_NUMBER() a la combinación, su pivote podrá conservar la asociación entre actividades y porcentajes.

La idea es, en la primera expresión de tabla común, transformar la tabla A en esto:

Y a lo largo de la consulta restante, la columna ROWNUM solo actúa para vincular el valor porcentual a la actividad.

Hacerlo dinámico es fácil una vez que tiene una consulta de trabajo. Simplemente reemplace todas las partes dinámicas (en este caso, listas de nombres delimitadas por comas, ¿verdad?) con variables. Algo como esto:
