Necesita encontrar el tiempo de procesamiento promedio entre todos los registros de marca de tiempo en Oracle SQL

Hacer intervalos de tiempo, y especialmente hacer agregaciones (sumas, promedios) a través de muchos intervalos o grupos de intervalos no es sencillo en Oracle. La función AVG no funciona en intervalos de marca de tiempo, espera números. Por lo tanto, necesitaremos crear nuestro propio objeto de agregación y función que haga esto.
