¿Envoltura C# del servidor MySQL integrado?

No tengo conocimiento de ningún envoltorio .NET para esta biblioteca, aunque recuerdo que se habló sobre la introducción de soporte para esta biblioteca en el conector .NET de la versión 5. Sin embargo, no puedo encontrar ninguna información al respecto en este momento.
