Cargue imágenes como BLOB en Oracle usando PHP

Primero debe obtener la imagen que se está cargando desde $_FILES #matriz global:

$image = file_get_contents($_FILES['image_field_name']['tmp_name']);

Luego, para insertar la imagen en la base de datos, intente esto:
