mysql_fetch_array omitiendo la primera fila

Está llamando a mysql_fetch_array dos veces... una vez antes del ciclo y luego una vez durante el ciclo.

Si necesita una fila semilla para usarla en la construcción de su fila de encabezado, es posible que le sirva mejor un bucle do... while aquí.
