Guardar y seleccionar archivos de PostgreSQL usando datos binarios de Bytea con C libpq

Este es el resultado del buen funcionamiento del código. Tengo algo de tiempo para publicarlo ahora en caso de que pueda ayudar a alguien. Me costó un poco entender cómo funciona bytea pero finalmente se solucionó. Saludos cordiales a la comunidad.
