127.0.0.1 es accesible/funciona pero localhost no es accesible/no funciona

Editar

%SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

y reemplazar

::1 localhost

con

127.0.0.1 localhost

Guarde y reinicie apache. Espero que funcione.
